About the Role
This is much more than a traditional customer service position. You'll be one of the main points of contact for our customers while also working closely with our engineering, manufacturing, production, and sales teams. Your feedback and observations will play an important role in improving our products, procedures, and overall customer experience.
This position is required to work on-site at our Trenton, Ontario facility. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product recommendations and technical assistance to customers.
- Work closely with the production and manufacturing teams to communicate order updates and resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development by providing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for product improvements.
- Help develop and improve internal processes, procedures, and customer support documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on open inquiries.
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Contribute ideas that improve efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Automotive industry experience.
- Strong understanding of automotive components and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
- Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, or order management software is considered an asset.
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to the Trenton, Ontario area before starting work.
