- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations
- Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage
Experience
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong interest in the food industry
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with attention to detail is highly valued
- Previous roles involving serving or kitchen experience will be considered an asset
