We are excited to be opening a brand-new wellness and recovery spa and are looking for a passionate, professional and client-focused Esthetician to join our team part time.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a new spa focused on exceptional client care, professionalism, and creating an elevated experience for every guest. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, confident in building client relationships, and excited to be part of a positive and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform professional esthetic services including facials, manicures, pedicures, body treatments, waxing, tinting, and other services within your scope of practice
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and consent forms
- Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and prepared according to spa standards
- Maintain professional presentation of retail and treatment areas
- Educate clients on treatment plans, aftercare, and wellness recommendations
- Support retail sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishment
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with reception and other spa team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
- Uphold the luxury standards, values, and client experience expectations of the spa
Qualifications
- Certified Esthetician
- Professional, friendly and reliable
- Strong customer service, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a calm and professional manner.
- Comfortable using booking or scheduling systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available for evenings and weekends.
