Job Description
The Billing and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial and operational processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage new business partners in SAP, including collecting trade references and recording credit information
- Process, file, and manage purchase orders efficiently
- Perform a variety of accounts receivable functions, including preparing and issuing invoices, posting deposits, creating credit memos, handling collections and follow-ups, resolving billing issues, and issuing account statements
- Receive, organize, and maintain operational paperwork and documentation
- Assist with additional administrative duties and tasks as required to support the team
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Post-secondary diploma in Accounting/Finance is an asset
- Previous experience in billing and accounts receivable is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP Business One is considered an asset
- General knowledge of ERP systems is an asset
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed
- Excellent attention to detail
