Seeking a senior technology advisor with deep technical leadership experience in pharmacy, healthcare software, automation, or regulated operational systems.
The goal is to work with a senior leader who can help guide architecture, integrations, compliance, technical roadmap, vendor decisions, and engineering team development as we scale.
Responsibilities:
- Advise leadership on technical architecture, system design, and product roadmap
- Guide integration strategy with pharmacy, healthcare, and operational systems
- Review security, privacy, reliability, and compliance considerations
- Support technical hiring, vendor selection, and build-versus-buy decisions
- Translate operational workflow needs into practical software and system requirements - Identify technical risks before deployment and recommend pragmatic solutions
Ideal background:
- Senior technical leadership experience, such as technology advisor, head of technology, VP engineering, senior architect, or similar
- Experience in pharmacy technology, healthcare software, automation, medication workflow, or regulated operational environments
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data exchange, security, privacy, and system reliability
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams and working with founders or executive leadership
- Comfortable working with an early-stage company where priorities move quickly
