- Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and online
- Book, change, and cancel reservations with accuracy and care
- Process payments and maintain organized records
- Assist passengers with check-in, luggage, and boarding
- Answer questions and provide travel support with professionalism
- Keep the ticket office clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Complete light administrative and operational tasks
- Availability for evening, weekend & holiday shifts
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- First Aid training is considered an asset
- Hourly wage: $18.00
- Part-time schedule (16 hours/week)
