Orange Seeds Montessori is seeking a RECE Childcare Supervisor who is passionate about fostering children's growth in a Montessori-inspired environment. The successful candidate will lead our dynamic team in creating a nurturing, inclusive space for children aged 18 months to 6 years. Montessori experience is an asset, but our core goal is to find a candidate with strong supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day classroom activities, ensuring they align with Ontario’s Ministry of Education standards.
- Collaborate with educators to create and adapt curriculum activities that support individual child development..
- Mentor and evaluate teaching staff, providing ongoing guidance and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment, complying with public health and Ministry of Education regulations.
- Communicate effectively with families to build strong, trust-based relationships that support each child’s learning journey.
Key Qualifications:
- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) certification required
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a licensed childcare or educational setting
- Familiarity with Montessori methods and philosophy (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
