Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our vibrant team at Pacific Shores Resort & Spa in. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables to ensure cleanliness.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Food safety certification is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
