Barista / All-Rounder
We’re building a small, thoughtful team for a specialty coffee shop that's meant to be a third space - where folks can slow down, connect, and feel at home.
We care deeply about quality - in our coffee, food, and how we show up for people. We’re looking for someone who shares that mindset: warm, curious, reliable, and genuinely enjoys taking care of others.
Experience is great, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Make coffee and tea with care and consistency (we’ll train you on everything)
- Keep service smooth, efficient, and genuinely welcoming - even when it’s busy
- Take orders and handle payments using the POS system
- Prepare and serve simple food items with attention to quality and presentation
- Keep the space clean, organized, and comfortable for guests and the team
- Restock and stay on top of what the bar needs throughout the day
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Help create a space where regulars feel known and new customers feel at ease

- Strong sense of responsibility and awareness - you notice what needs to be done and take initiative
- Able to stay calm and organized during busy moments
- Team-oriented with a low ego - willing to jump in wherever needed
- Open to learning and getting better over time
- Comfortable handling cash and basic transactions
- An interest in coffee, food, or hospitality is a bonus
A Bit About the Role
This is a hands-on, all-rounder position - you’ll move between bar, register, and light food prep throughout a shift. It’s a small team, so everyone plays a part in keeping things running smoothly.
