We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/French) Commercial Sales Representative (B2B) to join our growing team.
JAN-PRO is a well-established company in Ottawa for 33 years providing to more than 500 customers high-quality commercial clearing and disinfection services.
Our business has been proven recession resistant and is growing at a great and steady pace.
- The main role is to solicit and get new customers:
- The Sales Representative is the external arm of JAN-PRO and must offer and demonstrate the JAN-PRO difference in a professional manner.
Specific tasks description :
- Directly solicitate prospects by cold calling;
- To punctually go to appointments booked on his own efforts (through call center) at the prospect’s facility and professionally represent JAN-PRO and the JAN-PRO System.
- Establish the pricing proposals as per the criteria set
- Prepare and deliver the Pricing Agreements as per lead time established
- Complete and Close the Sale Contracts and obtain authorised signatures
- Do the walkthrough , create the business relationship between customers and certified business owner * accompanied by operation staff when necessary
- Follow up with prospects by periodic contacts;
- Assist and follow the start up with new Customers;
- Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions offered by JAN-PRO
- Produce all reports or other documents required to follow up and fulfill Sales objectives;
- Present a complete report on the initiative, to determine the factors influencing positively and negatively the results experienced during the trail period;
Collaborate and complete all other related tasks required by your supervisor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Valid driver licence and a car
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development and problem-solving.

Pay: $55,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
