About the Role
As our Student & Family Admissions Advisor, you will be the first person families meet when they arrive for their trial lesson.
While our instructors focus on delivering an exceptional lesson, your role is to deliver an exceptional family experience.
From welcoming families at the door to answering questions and guiding them through enrollment, you'll help parents feel confident that Musique Fazh is the right choice for their child.
Your mission is simple:

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome every family with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Check in students and help them settle comfortably before their lesson.
- Build genuine relationships with parents throughout their visit.
- Explain our programs, curriculum, schedules, and membership options.
- Answer questions clearly and confidently.
- Recommend the program that best fits each family's goals.
- Guide families through registration and enrollment.
- Process payments for new enrollments.
- Maintain accurate admissions records.
- Work closely with our teaching team to ensure every trial session runs smoothly.
- Deliver a premium, five-star experience that reflects the Musique Fazh brand.

Compensation & Earning Potential
- Guaranteed Pay: $30 for every Saturday shift (approximately 1.5 hours).
- Performance Bonus: Earn an additional $30 for every family you successfully enroll.
- Uncapped Bonuses: The more families you help enroll, the more you earn.
