Skilled Renovation Contractors – Flexible Schedule

Job Description
We are completing a major full-house renovation and have a substantial amount of skilled work available. The project is approximately 50% complete, with opportunities for both individual jobs and ongoing work.
We are hiring people from a wide range of renovation and construction backgrounds. You do not need to know every trade. We are interested in anyone who is skilled, reliable and efficient in one or more areas.
Available work includes:
- Carpentry, framing and structural repairs
- Window installation and finishing
- Exterior and interior door installation
- Siding, J-channel, flashing and exterior trim
- Stucco and masonry repairs
- Roofing, waterproofing and weather sealing
- Drywall installation, taping, mudding and sanding
- Insulation and vapour-barrier installation
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring, stair nosing and transition installation
- Baseboards, quarter-round and finish carpentry
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Deck, porch, stair, railing and fence repairs
- Concrete repair, floor levelling and garage-floor work
- Plumbing, electrical and HVAC work for qualified contractors
- Demolition, landscaping and other renovation-related work
Pay and Work Structure
Our standard hourly range is $25–$40 per hour. Your rate will depend on:
- Your skill and experience
- The quality of your work
- How quickly and efficiently you complete jobs
- The complexity of the work
- Whether you are supplying specialized tools or equipment
We are also open to:
- Fixed project quotes
- Day rates
- Piece-work pricing
- Hourly arrangements
- Short-term or ongoing agreements
We pride ourselves on being flexible. Whether you are available one day per week, evenings, weekends or up to seven days per week, we can arrange work around your availability.

This is an independent-contractor opportunity. Work may be assigned as individual projects or as ongoing renovation work.
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
