Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission/ARR based income. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales growth across various retail and technology environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features effectively to enhance customer understanding
- Manage merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
- Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized sales areas and ensure compliance with company standards
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members
- Manage time efficiently to meet daily sales goals and organizational deadlines
- Practice professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients over the phone
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related customer service roles is preferred
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and another language) are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and effective communication are essential for success in this role
- Experience conducting product demos or technical sales will be considered a plus

Pay: $35,500.00-$124,182.34 per year
