The Opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and certified Automotive Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about automotive repair,and believes in providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
●Perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance with accuracy and efficiency.
●Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern diagnostic tools and software.
●Perform services including, but not limited to: brakes, steering/suspension, engine management, A/C, and electrical systems.
●Explain technical diagnoses and required repairs to non-technical customers in a clear and understandable manner.
●Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
●Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
●Red Seal Certification (Journeyman Mechanic) is a strong asset.
●Registered Apprentices in 3rd or 4th year will also be considered.
●Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in an automotive repair shop.
●Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
●Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and repair software.
●Commitment to quality workmanship and safety procedures.
●Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract.
●Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
