Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Edmonton
Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
About the opportunity
An established distribution company in Edmonton is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to run the afternoon shift. This role focuses on people leadership, safe operations, and reliable execution.
Key responsibilities
Supervise afternoon shift operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory
Coach and support front-line leads to maintain productivity and accuracy
Oversee cycle counts and basic inventory controls
Monitor KPIs and address operational issues as they arise
Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow company policies
Qualifications
3 to 5 years supervising warehouse operations
Valid forklift certification such as Order Picker or Dock Stocker; Reach or Swing Reach experience an asset
Comfortable using a warehouse management system
Reliable transportation to the Edmonton location.
