Our 6th mobile dog salon is coming soon and we are looking for experienced and professional groomers to join our growing team.
Our Mercedes Sprinter vans are completely outfitted dog grooming salons on wheels. They are clean, organized, and state of the art. We put an extravagant amount of time and effort into our company, our staff and the services we offer.
Our company is well known for high quality and detailed services. Our returning client list, fabulous reviews, and the never ending list of new clients looking to come aboard proves just that.
The ideal candidates must have vast knowledge and experience in dog grooming and customer service. They also must be competent and comfortable driving throughout the city of Calgary and surrounding areas.
Duties Include:
- Greeting clients in a friendly manner and discussing the best grooming options for their dog(s) depending on breed, age, and coat condition.
- Working with all different breeds, sizes, and behavior types.
- Must have the experience and knowledge with breed standards and scissor work.
-Have the ability and drive to produce high quality grooms.
- Be able to work independently and make right the decision for each dog’s needs.
- Cleaning/disinfecting the vehicle between appointments and at the end of the day.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience and/or grooming certificate.
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Provide your own personal grooming equipment (scissors, blades, clippers, brushes, and nail clippers.)
