We’re gearing up for the 2026 season and we need good people. If you’ve got paving or heavy construction experience and a strong work ethic, we want to talk to you. If you’re newer to the trade but you show up on time, work hard, and want to learn, we’ll train you.
Positions & Pay
Labourer / Hand Roller — $25–$28/hr
Construction experience required. You don’t need paving experience specifically, but you need to know how to work safely on a site. Positive attitude and willingness to learn are non-negotiable - we’ll teach you the rest.
