We are currently looking for a Builder Account Sales Rep to join our team in a full-time, on-site role in Mississauga. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting kitchen and vanity design concepts to prospective and existing builder clients for both single-family and multi-family low-rise, mid-rise and high-rise projects. You will develop a strong client relationship by working closely with clients through all phases of the sales process and project coordination. Your ability to work collaboratively with our internal teams will ensure a superior level of customer satisfaction and success at every stage of the project.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct client consultations and support project discussions.
- Prepare quotes, working within defined deadlines, and provide up-to-date product and design information.
- Prepare and present kitchen and vanity design concepts for builder clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage multiple accounts and support projects through various stages.
- Work closely with technical design, production, and customer care teams to help deliver a strong customer experience.
What You Bring
- Strong Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship management and retention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in kitchen and bath design software; 2020 Design or related software (CAD, SketchUp, Revit, Micro Vellum) is essential.
- Fluency in the Microsoft Office suite -advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are necessary; CRM experience is a bonus.
- Previous sales experience in cabinetry, interiors, or a related industry is an advantage
- College or university-level credentials relating to Interior Design, Interior Decorating, or a related field of study.
