Input orders received from email, phone calls & various trade web sites into computer system
Print, update and verify invoices based on customer orders
Assemble paperwork packages for drivers
Notify Packaging Department of new orders and changes to customer orders
Complete customs paperwork for on US customers
Liaise with Packaging and QA Teams for order scheduling
Update Tracker sheet with Sales Orders and Outbounds
Data entry of sales orders into the ERP (SAP). Data entry of orders into regional order / sales sheets.
Sets up appointments for delivery in conjunction with the supply chain Admin lead of the region. Creates shipping paperwork waybill,
performance & APHIS generation and saves electronically. Invoices in the ERP system and submits invoices to the customer for payment EDI or email.
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Must be at least 16 years of age
Minimum education, highschool diploma or equivalent
Extended health, vision and dental for associates and their eligible family members
