Responsibilities

- Cultivate and maintain strong B2B relationships with forklift dealers, parts distributors, and vendors through effective account management and business development initiatives.
- Oversee sales activities related to technology products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales pipelines, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support distribution objectives and brand positioning.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with clients and partners to secure favorable terms while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct analysis of market trends, sales data, and operational performance to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all distribution activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery, reducing costs, and increasing profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or technical sales within forklift battery, forklift parts, and forklift attachments etc.
- Strong background in outside sales, account management, and business development strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams at a national level.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms for sales tracking and analysis.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus. Pay: $55,920.37-$117,400.16 per year
