Training & Project Support Associate (Subcontractor)
Integrative Mindfulness Center Inc. is looking for a friendly, reliable, and community-minded individual to join our growing team on a casual, project-based basis.
This opportunity involves supporting professional training programs, workshops, retreats, and community initiatives throughout the Winnipeg area.
Responsibilities may include:
- assisting with professional training and educational events
- helping prepare training materials and resources
- supporting workshops, retreats, and special projects
- assisting with event coordination and logistics
- communicating with participants before and during events
- coordinating presenters, schedules, and event activities
- assisting facilitators and trainers during programs and events
- supporting retreats, professional development programs, and community initiatives
- providing administrative and organizational support as required
Helpful backgrounds may include:
- education or teaching
- social work
- nursing
- community health
- mental health and wellness
- addictions or trauma-informed services
- frontline service settings
- facilitation, training, project coordination, or community-based programs
The ideal person enjoys working with people, is organized, dependable, and comfortable supporting a variety of projects and events.
This is a flexible subcontract opportunity with involvement determined by project needs and mutual availability. Assignments may range from a few hours to full-day events, workshops, retreats, and professional training programs.
Compensation
- $40–$55 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and assignment responsibilities
- Hourly compensation for event preparation, coordination, facilitation support, and project work
- Mileage reimbursement may be available when using a personal vehicle for approved project-related travel
- Parking expenses may be reimbursed where applicable
