Position Description: Excell Team Member – Full-Time (32-Hrs plus per week)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Tried & True Customer First Experience in face-to-face Retail Sales – minimum two yrs
- You’re fluent in comprehensible English – any other languages are beneficial
- Exceptional & polite communication skills – verbal, written, and electronic
- Intermediate plus skill level - computer, software
- You’re always learning and improving in your role - you’re self-driven

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outstanding customer service (in-person, over the phone, and via email) by helping customers determine their storage needs, recommending storage solutions, and encouraging the sale of retail product solutions.
- Accurately completing contracts and outlining important contract features, and facility policies & procedures.
- Provide facility tours, answering questions, and outlining facility policies and fees.
- Ensure the appearance of the property is welcoming and customer-ready daily by maintaining a exceptionally clean office, facility, and grounds.
- Cleaning and maintenance (fixing, painting, gardening, etc.) is a significant part of this role.
- Collect from customers with delinquent accounts, over-locking and un-locking access as required, while politely and empathetically interacting.
- Manage, verify, and balance daily transactions, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct multiple daily facility inspection tours, managing any noted issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with your Team to receive training and coaching, while striving to exceed all company expectations.
- Have an upbeat, always friendly demeanor and we’ll have some fun with our customers, tenants, and one another, while managing the above as the XL-Team.

WORKING HOURS:
We’re currently seeking to fill ONE Full-Time PERMANENT position (32-Plus Hrs per week). Our hours of operation are presently 9-am to 6-pm M-Su.
The Full-Time POSITION hours include:
Thursday through Sunday weekly, 9:00-am to 6:00-pm daily and remaining hrs dispersed as needed throughout the week
Coverage for up to 40-hrs/week as needed (vacation & sick time as needed)
Our Offer
$19.00 per hour for 90-day probationary period
$22.00 per hour post probation period
