Western Hive is looking for a reliable, outgoing Sales Associate to represent our brand at Spruce Meadows, Calgary Stampede, Ponoka Stampede, and other events throughout Alberta.
We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, can confidently sell products, learn our fragrance collection, manage inventory, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Sell perfumes, candles, car scent’rs, and lifestyle products
- Learn product details, scent notes, and brand story
- Assist customers and answer questions confidently
- Process sales and payments accurately
- Manage and count inventory
- Restock products and maintain displays
- Assist with booth setup and teardown
- Keep the booth clean, organized, and professional
- Represent Western Hive professionally at all times
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel independently to events including Calgary Stampede, Spruce Meadows, and Ponoka Stampede
- Punctual and dependable
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to lift and move inventory, displays, and product bins
- Available weekends and event days
- Ability to learn product details and confidently communicate them to customers
Assets
- Previous retail or sales experience
- Experience working markets, trade shows, festivals, or vendor booths
- Experience selling fragrance, beauty, boutique, or lifestyle products
- Inventory management experience
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- Interest in western lifestyle brands
- Social media experience is considered an asset
