Sales Representative – Food Distribution

Position Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory. This role requires someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and has strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, retailers, caterers, and other clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Present product offerings and promotions to customers
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in food distribution, FMCG, or hospitality)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
