Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various tools to ensure the proper functioning and repair of equipment and machinery. Duties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on a variety of equipment and machinery
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to prevent breakdowns
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery components
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are met during all repair activities
- Assist in installing new equipment and upgrading existing systems as needed
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role involving mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial or automotive systems is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, and hammers
- Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, and impact wrenches is desirable
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to facilitate repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Minimum 5-years of experience and must have experience working on German cars
