Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience managing office procedures, handling correspondence, and supporting staff. This role requires proficiency in various software tools and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth office functioning and exceptional client support.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Oversee data entry, filing, and document management using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
- Handle bookkeeping and financial record-keeping utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
- Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for staff and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies
- Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including patient check-in/out and appointment scheduling
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and electronically to ensure quick retrieval of information
- Support team with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and supporting administrative projects
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Strong computer skills including data entry and document management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office experience with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and effective communication
- Knowledge of front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and office procedures
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
- Medical or dental office experience is a plus but not required; relevant experience in healthcare settings is advantageous

Pay: $39.00-$49.00 per hour
