Responsibilities:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Successfully sell $5000 new life premium per month. (Critical illness, Disability, Life insurance products).
- host webinars and company events.
- Network on behalf of agency.
- Host financially minded appointments.
- Assist in training other staff members on pivoting, booking, hosting.
- Be a leader in the office and specialize in reaching promotional goals of agency.
Requirements:
- Sales experience required.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas with Financial services products
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- LLQP - must have a current license
- Work independently
- Ready to work and sell immediately.
