We are 10 minutes from Squamish, close enough for an easy commute, far enough from the Whistler churn and Vancouver chaos
Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Chop, mix, prep ingredients, and cook dishes (grilling, frying, sautéing) per recipes and standards.
- Station Management: Set up and stock the assigned station (pantry, grill, etc.) with food and supplies.
- Quality & Presentation: Ensure dishes meet quality, taste, and plating specifications.
- Timeliness: Cook and assemble orders efficiently to meet service times.
- Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean workstation, follow health codes, and store food properly.
- Inventory: Monitor stock, restock items during shifts, and help with prep lists
- Teamwork: Communicate and work with other team members effectively and respectfully

Requirements
1+ year experience as a line cook or prep cook
Ability to work clean, fast and organized
Strong communication and teamwork
