Who We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, goal-driven, and highly organized
- A true team player with excellent communication skills
- Strong social and emotional intelligence
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience (required)
- Proficiency with Tracker 11 or 12 dental software (required)
- Marketing experience is an asset and appreciated
Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Taking care of patient recall list to maintain a productive daily schedule
- Reaching out to patients from web or phone lists / Responding to phone calls, emails, and SMS for appointment booking
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Managing and updating patient records
- Verifying insurance and processing payments
- Coordinating patient communication and follow-ups
- Supporting marketing initiatives to help grow our client base
Position Details:
- Job Type: Part-Time or Full-time
- Start Date: February 16-20, 2026
- Schedule: Part-Time: 16-24 hours per week | Full-Time: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- Wage: $31.00–$33.00 per hour (based on experience)
