We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team and provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate effectively to understand specific needs and preferences
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards during all cleaning activities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to complete daily tasks without compromising quality
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for all necessary skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to demonstrate good time management and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not mandatory
