Responsibilities
- Manage the booking and selling of freight while maintaining strong relationships with carriers and brokers.
- Use industry knowledge to negotiate favorable rates and terms for freight services.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Monitor freight movements and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of all freight transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize dispatch operations and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
- Provide updates to clients and drivers on shipment statuses.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the cross-border trucking industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the freight market.
- Experience working directly with drivers and managing logistics.
- Ability to book and sell freight efficiently and effectively.
- Solid industry contacts with carriers and brokers.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in-office daily in Pickering, ON.
