Job Summary
We are looking for experienced, tactical Loss Prevention professionals who can work undercover in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is not entry-level.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert surveillance to identify and prevent theft
- Monitor high-risk areas including exits, self-checkouts, and high-value merchandise
- Perform apprehensions in accordance with legal and company procedures
- Handle real-time incidents and confrontations professionally
- Work with store management and law enforcement when required
- Complete detailed incident reports
Mandatory Requirements (Strict)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Loss Prevention experience
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Use of Force Certification (required)
- Proven apprehension and arrest experience
- Physically fit and confident in high-risk situations
- Strong observation and decision-making skills

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
