Job Overview:
We are seeking a Retail PT Keyholder to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the store manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Train and supervise retail staff to deliver outstanding service
- Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards are met
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of technical sales, upselling techniques, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
