This position is primarily administrative and clerical, supporting a construction company, while also assisting an automotive repair shop when needed.
Responsibilities
- General office administration and clerical duties
- Answering phones and emails
- Managing databases
- Filing and maintaining records
- Scheduling appointments and service work
- Managing maintenance records for a fleet of approximately 100 vehicles
- Tracking maintenance due dates, inspections, and repairs
- Coordinating vehicle servicing with the automotive shop
- Assisting with service advisor duties during vacations or absences
- Supporting day-to-day office operations as required
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, email and google drive
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Experience in construction, fleet management, or automotive administration is considered an asset
