Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will have experience in collision repair, a strong understanding of automotive systems, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. This role involves restoring vehicles to their original condition through precise bodywork and repair techniques, ensuring high-quality service for our customers. Candidates with dealership experience and mechanical knowledge are highly preferred. Duties
- Perform collision repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to repair or replace damaged vehicle parts
- Conduct paint preparation and refinishing to match vehicle color and finish standards
- Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repair work
- Perform heavy lifting of vehicle parts and components safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within specified timeframes
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols throughout all repair processes
Experience
- Prior dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment required
- Experience with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks necessary
- Mechanic experience is a plus, especially in collision or bodywork repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $20.18-$39.39 per hour
