We are looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced dealership environment.
As Parts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, and customer service while working closely with our Service and Sales departments to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Maintain proper inventory levels through forecasting and purchasing.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Ensure technicians have the parts they need to complete repairs efficiently.
- Work closely with Service Advisors to maximize shop productivity.
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to increase parts sales and profitability.
- Merchandise the retail parts and accessories showroom.
Qualifications
- Previous Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager experience (RV, automotive, powersports, marine, agriculture, or heavy equipment preferred).
- Strong inventory management and purchasing experience.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with dealership management software is an asset.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
