Overview
We are seeking reliable and experienced Mini Van Owner Operators to join our team. This role involves transporting goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and experience in warehouse or commercial driving environments. Ownership of a well-maintained mini van is required, along with the ability to handle various loading and unloading tasks.
Duties
- Safely operate mini vans for local deliveries and pickups
- Parcel deliveries 200 packages with 150-190 stops
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members regarding delivery status or any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety standards are met
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing supplies as needed
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during operations
Skills
- Experience in moving, warehouse operations, or commercial driving preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries
- Proven ability to handle logistics efficiently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $270.00-$300.00 per day
