Job Summary
CIRA Investments is looking for a confident, professional, and enthusiastic Marketing & Investor Relations Specialist to be the face of our company. This is a front-desk and client-facing role that combines marketing, sales, investor relations, and brand building.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be comfortable speaking on camera, and have experience managing social media platforms. You will create engaging content, build strong relationships with current and prospective investors, and help grow our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and prospective clients.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across all major social media platforms.
- Create and present video content for marketing campaigns and company updates.
- Represent CIRA Investments professionally at the front desk and during client interactions.
- Support investor communications, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Assist with sales, business development, and lead generation.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, camera-friendly personality with strong presentation skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or investor relations.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media management tools.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
