Tree Tech is a growing tree care company providing utility line clearance, residential tree care, and commercial tree services throughout Huron and Perth Counties. We're looking for an experienced Utility Arborist Crew Lead to join our team and help lead a professional, safety-focused crew.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a utility arborist crew
- Perform utility vegetation management and line clearance work
- Complete residential tree pruning and removals
- Operate bucket trucks, chippers, chainsaws, and other arborist equipment
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Maintain a positive, productive, and safety-first work environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Utility Arborist Certification or 444B Certificate of Qualification
- Valid DZ driver's licence
- Previous utility arborist experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices
Assets:
- Climbing experience
- Experience training and mentoring crew members
