E-Net Solutions Inc. is hiring User Support Technicians in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will provide in-person technical support at client locations, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, networking equipment, and related devices.
This position requires travel to customer sites and is not a remote or call-center role.
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware, software, and network systems
Install, configure, and maintain computers, routers, switches, modems, Wi-Fi equipment, and related devices
Troubleshoot internet connectivity, network access, and VoIP phone systems
Set up user accounts, software, and system access
Perform system upgrades, repairs, and maintenance
Document service requests, issues, and resolutions
Provide guidance to users on proper use of equipment and software
Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
Travel to customer locations within Calgary and surrounding areas as required
Manage Incidents
Requirements
College diploma, technical training, or equivalent experience in computer systems, IT support, or related field
Experience in technical support, help desk, IT support, or telecommunications support is an asset
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence (or equivalent) required, as the position requires travel to multiple client locations
Ability to work on-site at different customer locations
