We are a performance-driven company that values accountability, precision, and professionalism. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Junior Mechanical Estimator to join our team and help us deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.
The Role
The Junior Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, Sheet metal, and full mechanical systems on large-scale commercial and institutional projects. This position reports directly to the management team and works collaboratively with the lead estimator, to ensure accurate, competitive, and profitable bids.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in preparing detailed and accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Mechanical projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine scope of work and project requirements
- Perform detailed digital take-offs using industry software (e.g., Trimble Auto Bid).
- Assist in preparing bid forms, tender submissions, and supporting documentation
- Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations for compliance.
- Maintain and update estimating databases, supplier lists, and unit price records
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- 2 – 5 years experience in the Mechanical Industry
- Proficiency in estimating software like Trimble and MS Excel.
- Excellent reading and interpretation skills for mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.

Pay: $46,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
