Parts Advisor
Job Summary
As a Parts Advisor at Kramer Mazda, you will support the daily operations of the parts department by assisting internal teams and customers with parts inquiries, orders, and inventory. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts inquiries and orders
- Accurately identify and source parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems
- Process parts orders, invoices, and returns in a timely manner
- Maintain organized and accurate inventory records
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming parts shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Ensure parts are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible
- Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient workflow in the service department
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow dealership policies and procedures at all times
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a parts, automotive, or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership systems
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Valid driver’s license
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an automotive dealership parts department
- Familiarity with manufacturer parts catalogs and systems
- Experience with dealership management systems such as PBS
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Schedule may a variety of weekday/weekend shifts
Compensation
- $40-$50k depending on experience
