Are you a skincare enthusiast looking to get a behind-the-scenes look at the beauty industry? Tai Beauty Group is looking for an energetic, reliable, and personable Casual Brand Associate to join our team.
This is a unique, "hybrid" casual role. One day you might be the face of our brands at a retailer such as Save On Foods, Safeway, Thrifty Foods, etc. and the next, you might be at our facility fulfilling a factory position in packaging, assembly or production.
Responsibilities
This role offers variety across two main areas:
- In-Store Brand Activations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations at retail partner locations. You’ll educate customers on our skincare lines, share brand stories, and drive sales through authentic interaction.
- Operations & Factory Support: Occasionally, shifts will be offered at our manufacturing facility. This includes hands-on tasks like product assembly, secondary packaging, and general production support.
Required Skills
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to educate customers and represent the brand authentically in partner retail locations or at demos/events. Previous experience in promotional events, product demonstrations, or brand activation is highly preferred but not required.
- Beauty & Skincare Interest: A strong personal passion for skincare, with the ability to quickly learn and communicate product benefits, ingredients, and brand stories.
- Hands-On Work Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, or stockroom management is a strong asset (though entry-level willingness is often sufficient for casual roles).
- Adaptability: A highly flexible mindset, willing to pivot between a polished, customer-facing retail environment one day and a practical, hands-on production facility the next.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Consistent with time-management as both retail partners and factory production lines depend on accurate scheduling.
- Self-Motivated: Able to work independently during in-store activations and collaboratively as part of a team on the factory floor.

Important Details
- Contract Status: This is a casual, on-call employment position. Hours will fluctuate based on production demand and retail scheduling.
- Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to retail locations and our facility. Ability to stand for the duration of a shift is required.
