Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and contributing to the successful completion of building and infrastructure developments. Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including setting up equipment and materials
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders as needed
- Perform paving tasks to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople in daily tasks
- Load and unload construction materials and tools efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site throughout the project lifecycle
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards to ensure timely completion
Skills
- Experience or familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members
- Willingness to learn new skills related to construction projects
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
