We are seeking a passionate and motivated Medical Aesthetician to join our physician-led medical clinic in Oakville.
This role is part-time to start, with the strong opportunity to transition into full-time as the aesthetic program grows. We are looking for someone excited to build and develop a medical aesthetics program from the ground up, take ownership of their patient journey, and grow alongside a supportive medical team.

Responsibilities
- Perform medical aesthetic treatments and create customized treatment plans
- Help design, launch, and grow the clinic’s aesthetic program
- Build and manage a clientele while delivering exceptional patient experience
- Educate patients on skincare, supplements, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and the medical team for comprehensive care
- Contribute to social media content, patient education, and marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Qualification and Experience:
- Certified Medical Aesthetician
- Comfortable with social media and practice growth
- Passion for aesthetics with a holistic, patient-centered approach
- Interest in injectables, cosmetic procedures, and surgical aesthetics
- Strong consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Assets:
- Experience with Fotona laser, microneedling, and OxyGeneo treatments
- Retail and sales experience
- Multilingual communication skills
