About the Role
We are looking for a skilled metalworker who wants to move beyond machine operation and develop into a leadership role supporting production, quality, and warehouse operations.
This position combines:
- hands-on machine work
- helping organize production
- Help maintain material flow, inventory accuracy, and production readiness
- working closely with our Warehouse Manager
You’ll be working on machines while also helping keep the department running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Operate metalworking equipment (shear, cnc punch press, cnc laser, cnc press brake, hardware insertion, drilling/tapping)
- Read drawings and produce quality parts
- Help coordinate workflow between machines
- Identify issues and prevent problems before they happen
- Support the team to keep production moving
- Work closely with Quality Control and Programming
