We are looking for a full-time, permanent Showroom Sales and Administrative Support person to join our Team.
Our Showroom Sales & Admin Support role is a full time, Monday – Friday position working from our Oak Street Showroom. Our Showroom Sales is the first face our customers see as they enter our Showroom, warmly welcoming them and identifying their reason for visiting. They assist our customers in person, by phone, or by e-mail, maintain the Showroom to be an aesthetically pleasing and welcoming space, provide sales support for our OP and Furniture Sales Teams, and participate in planning and hosting customer events within the Showroom.

Who you are:
- You have 1+ years’ experience in Commercial Sales or a similar role
- You have a professional and pleasant demeanor, are friendly and confident
- You’re motivated by results
- Follow-up and follow-through are as natural as breathing to you
- You have a “Yes, I can!” attitude
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are a multi-tasker
- You are curious and inquisitive – you love to find out more and know how to ask questions to get details that provides an amazing experience for people
- You are willing to learn new systems and processes
- You are proficient utilizing Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- You value teamwork and communication
Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain our showroom so that it is clean and organized
- Support with planning and executing events within the Showroom
- Support and grow sales alongside our Commercial Sales Teams
- Collaborate with our Outside Sales Representatives, Customer Experience Team, and our Distribution Centre
- Maintain detailed customer records and track sales activities
- Develop a good working knowledge of our product offerings and services so that you can Create Amazing Customer Experiences
- Processing and submitting customer orders, following up with customers, arranging pickup or delivery of orders
- Show attention to detail, support your team, and provide positive communication

- $50,000.00/year base salary plus commissions
