Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive bottle service, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash or card payments responsibly
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining cleanliness at all times
- Upsell premium bottles or special menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Manage guest requests promptly, addressing any concerns or special needs with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to sanitation guidelines and restaurant policies
- Assist with setup and breakdown of service stations before and after shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Follow all food handling protocols and safety procedures to ensure guest health and safety
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; experience with serving or bottle service is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or guests efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for billing, tipping, and cash handling purposes
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed; a positive attitude is essential
