Experienced Gardener / Labourer
Are you someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in a job done right? Join Max Yardcare+ as a Gardener / Labourer and help deliver our Yard Detailing service to estate homeowners across southwest Edmonton.
This role is ideal for someone with gardening or landscaping experience, a strong work ethic, and an eye for detail, working as part of a small crew under an experienced crew lead to maintain beautiful, well-kept properties.
What You'll Do:
- Work as part of a small crew on estate homes across southwest Edmonton, under the direction of a crew lead
- Assist with detailed garden and landscape maintenance
- Hand-weed garden beds to keep them clean, polished, and well-presented
- Prune and shape hedges, shrubs, and other landscape features as directed
- Help apply selective herbicides to hard surfaces and garden areas as needed
- Follow crew lead direction to complete work efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Maintain professionalism on-site and contribute to a strong team culture
- Take pride in leaving properties looking pristine
What We're Looking For:
- Some experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor labour is preferred
- Willingness to learn and take direction well
- An eye for detail and a strong work ethic
- Reliable and professional
- Physically capable of performing outdoor tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license required
- Prior experience on high-end or detail-oriented properties is an asset, but not required
