Job Overview:
As a Picker/Packer at our construction services company, you will play a vital role in warehouse operations by accurately selecting, preparing, and packing materials and equipment for orders. Your efficiency and attention to detail will ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
- Pick items from inventory based on order lists, ensuring accuracy in product type, quantity, and specifications.
- Pack items securely following company guidelines to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information, barcodes, or other required identifiers.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing incoming stock.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with supervisors, delivery teams, and other warehouse staff to meet deadlines.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow directions from supervisors.
Pay: $21.83-$25.74 per hour
